[delta_v] Addon Galaxy

Does this sound like F-25 to anyone else?  I think that after tree releases,
EV is suffering from a case of StarTrekitus- the repeating of common, even
if good, plotlines.

To be clear, I have no real opposition to a revisitation of a f-25 add-on.
If fact, I would probably enjoy one!
