The last thing we need is (Loathing voice) More Cheat Plugs.
If people are going to cheat they should have to do it creativly, in one of
two ways:
(1)By doing it themself with novatools
(2) By downloading a plug that *adds* new a ship(s) that is disporportanatly
powerful, with nice refined graphics and possibly new weapons, ect.

I dislike plugs that just make everything 10cr and stuff :(
