There are two ways :
1 - Do like with EVC or EVO : use a PICT res combined with masks and
configure correctly the spïn res with Nova Tools
2 - Use Sprites from wOOtWare

that convert PICT PICS or Movies into PICT based sprites

No idea about rlëD or rlë8...
