[delta_v] New Plugin for Making!?!

I was wondering if anyone was interested in helping me make a plugin for 
Nova which will start you out  as the son or daughter of the character in 
Nova in the same universe only like 60 years later. There'll be all the 
changes left from Nova, but twith new turmoil, and wars, coalitions, maybe 
govts..., and the usual new ships, outfits,  weapons, and many new planets 
and stations. It would be less governed by new tech then by new  impressive 
and challenging missions. Althought this will take multiple people and time, 
if I do get enough people together we won't start for a while because i need 
to get to know nova better and look for places of improvement. So Whose 
interested.....???
