[delta_v] Vell-os missions

Could anyone please help me because i've started a new pilot and went with the Vell-os 
mission string but i've hit a snag and can't get past this certain mission. i've been told to find 
the HQ of a part of the polaris people but i've spent all day flying around the galaxy wasting lots 
o' money on fuel and still havent found it. this thing is realy bugging me, could anyone please 
tell me where to go because i'm confused.
