[delta_v] Plug in help

I am interested in making plug-ins for EV Nova but I
have no idea how. I went to evula.com and looked at
the EV bible but it didn't make much sense to me and
they didn't even have a EVN bible. If any body could
tell me how to make plug ins or tell me a web site
that would show me how I would apreciate it greatly.
