[delta_v] Carbon (Cocoa) Editor

Though I've yet to speak to the guy doing the port, I would expect he 
would use one of the several open source Resource Manager ports (such as 
that in AlephOne) and use straight data-fork based resource files as Mac 
OS X uses. This is a trivial issue.
