[delta_v] Multiplayer

It was just an idea.  I think it could work, al they would have to do 
would be assign other players in place of the ai ships.

With plugins, it would be hard, but maybe you could upload them to some 
master server or something.  if they tried hard enough im sure they 
could make it fun.
