[delta_v] Multiplayer

ok this has been discussed to death....the only multiplayer spinoff 
that could possibly work of EV would be a deatchmatch game using ev 
ships.  just so there is no confusion from some of the idiots that 
post here, by deatchmatch i mean a game where you would arrange games 
in a "room" setup ships and then kill each other. ala Ares style 
multiplayer, where you try to kill the other player.  the games would 
be organized on a peer2peer basis only, or with a service like 
gameranger.  no missions, no storylines, no real-time game where 
people all over the world join in. the logistics of such a game are 
impossible with ambrosia's budget or programmer base. so PLEASE, no 
further mention of such a thing occuring here, if you want mp 
capabilities so badly, just create an ev skin for ares or something.
ive debated this (as we all have) for years ('94 '95 '96 '97 '98 
'99...) and ive always come to the same conclusion (as we all have).

and continuing the rant...
  This is a plug developer's mailing list, i dont appreciate getting 
stupid comments about whether or not something is a forklift or not 
(send that person an email privately).  this list is for teching 
assistance only.
