First, I'd just like to say that some of you people should get a grip.
There are newbies on the mailing list, just like the webboards, and they
have to learn the ropes too. Whining about multiplayer topics won't help
much.

That wasn't his point. He wasn't talking about the feasibility of it;
rather, he was pointing out that everyone: ourselves, even Ambrosia I
believe, said for the longest time that there would not ever be an EV for
Windows. And now look at what's happening. The point is that it's possible
that people's position on the issue may change.
I will point at that it's far less likely that Ambrosia will change on
this issue compared to the Windows issue. As you said, windows is a simple
port, whereas multiplayer would require a complete rewrite, and wouldn't
even be the same game, really. I think that Ambrosia will update Avara
before it makes a multiplayer EV... :D *hopes*
