[delta_v] not getting digests

wow it's weird.  suddenly everyone stopped posting like real fast.  odd.
i've been wondering why i haven't been getting anything... thot They had
tapped into my addy and blocked yall or something... ;)  - ryu

You'll only get daily digests when people are actually posting 
messages to the list. This generally doesn't happen very often, so 
you shouldn't expect many digests.
