[pop-pop_tourn] Tournament Info for Saturday March 15

Hello,

First of all I'd like to congratulate Lumisa.  The winner of
last Saturday's tournament.  After nine difficult matches,
Lumisa managed to come away as the champion. 
Congratulations!

Next I'd like to inform everyone that there is another
tournament scheduled for next Saturday at 12:00pm EST. 
Unregistered and Registered users alike are welcome to
register for this tournament, and the registration is
completely free.  Just send an e-mail to
